For this beautiful Villa in Orabi, we were aiming to take a different approach with the design style and architecture. We wanted to evade the stigma that modernity is timed, when on the contrary, it can be timeless. That’s why, as architects, we took on the challenge of creating a timeless modern design, which is a risk here in Egypt, and it paid off. Among our favourite aspects in the design process of this project was wind circulation, since it’s an essential factor in the livability of a home. The home design was established very carefully to have a nice breeze reach the house through every room.

Additionally, we kept in mind the sunrise and the sunset. The balcony design enables the client to savor the beautiful sun rays freely, or just shelter in the shade on hot summer days!
